Each prospective tenant over the age of 18 is required fill out an application.

Application fee is $40 after a preliminary review.

For our waiting list or to guarantee an apartment by a specific date, we request you provide a $400 holding deposit (which is applied to your security deposit if you move in as agreed. If you do not move in as agreed, you risk the loss of your holding deposit, so only pay that if you are certain you will move in). If your application is declined by Windmill Way, your deposit is refundable. There is a move-in administrative fee of $199 due by your move-in date. 

 All payments are made payable to: WWA, LLC.
